Our Virus-Spyware Removal Package includes six of our regular services with a total value of $179.70. We offer three special prices based on turnaround time. Computers are repaired on a first-in, first-out basis and the time in our shop varies depending on our workload at the time and the level of service chosen. Before we accept your computer for service, we will tell you the target date for completion. This is an estimate only. We do not guarantee a completion date unless you choose the Next Business Day Guarantee.

THIS SPECIAL SERVICE PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Detection and removal of spyware and adware
- Detection and removal of viruses and worms
- Installation of latest Microsoft critical and security updates
- Installation of Windows XP Service Pack 2 (when applicable)
- Removal of unnecessary and nuisance programs from registry and startup
- Thorough cleaning of interior and exterior of computer
- Inspection and cleaning of CPU and power supply cooling fans
If other issues are causing your problem, you will be contacted and given an estimate for repair. If repair is not authorized you will be charged $45 as a diagnostic fee.
Viruses are capable of damaging data and critical operating system files. Virus removal does not always resolve all issues. Additional problems may persist after removal requiring a complete format and reinstallation of your operating system. If a format is required and authorized, we offer two services. A system reload is available for $99.95. No data will be saved. If your data is important, we will back up your hard drive prior to starting this procedure. The charge for this service is $129.95. Once the format is completed and the operating system is reinstalled, we will copy your existing data and programs into a folder labeled Customer Data on your hard drive and create a shortcut on your desktop to this folder. You may be able to access your data, but you will have to reinstall your programs. We assume no responsibility for the data on your computer*.
While we always stand behind our work, we cannot guarantee that your computer will not be re-infested with viruses and spyware if you don’t take precautions against these problems. Our warranty for this special service is seven days. If the same problem reoccurs within seven days, we will provide the service for which you were charged again at no additional charge. System reloads are covered by a 30-day warranty.

We make every effort to retain your data, but accept no responsibility if data is lost. You also acknowledge the fact that virus removal services at our special price are completed on a first-in, first-out basis. We cannot give you an exact completion date.
